The following abstracts are invited. We look forward to receiving many submissions.
This time, only poster presentations (in English) will be accepted.
The best poster presentation will receive the Best Poster Award.

How to apply

• Abstracts will only be accepted via e-mail at RO-office@pop.med.hokudai.ac.jp
  When submitting an abstract, please be sure to include the names and affiliations of all authors.
• An individual may be listed as the presenting author on one abstract only.
• Presenting authors must be registered participants for the 9th Japan-Taiwan Symposium on Radiation Oncology.

About Abstracts

• Abstract: Please send us a word file containing the title of the presentation, affiliation, presenter, and abstract (within 400 words) in English in this order.
• Names of first and co-authors: No more than 20 speakers
• Affiliations of first and co- authors: No more than 10 institutions
• Title(in English) : 25 words or less.
• Please divide the form into [Objectives], [Methods], [Results], and [Conclusions] and fill in the form briefly.
• Abstracts with incomplete abstracts (e.g., typos, omissions, lack of specific figures, lack of itemization in [Objectives], [Methods], [Results], and [Conclusions]) will be rejected, so please take great care when preparing your abstract.

Method of presentation

• Poster panels will be 210 cm (H) x 90 cm (W). Only the abstract number at the top of the panel will be provided by the Symposium Secretariat.
• Posters should be written in the order of Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion, and Conclusions in large, easy-to-understand font. The text should be in large point type that can be seen from a distance of 2 to 3 meters, and the figures should be at least 20 cm on each side with a title and brief explanation.
• No text or diagrams may be written directly on the panels themselves, nor may they be glued to the panels. Rivets for attaching posters to panels will be provided at the venue.
• The schedule for poster presentations will be announced after the announcement of the acceptance notification.
• Please comply with the rules of research ethics and the rules of personal information protection.
• Each presenter will have 5 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A. (Please note that this may change depending on the program.)

抄録

• 抄録：英語で演題名・所属・発表者・抄録（400 words以内）の順で記載したwordファイルをお送りください。
• 筆頭演者と共同演者の氏名(英):演者数は20名以内
• 筆頭演者と共同演者の所属機関(英):所属機関数は10機関以内
• 演題名(英): 25 words以内
• 【Objectives】【Methods】【Results】【Conclusions】に分けて簡潔に記入してください。
• 抄録内容が不完全な場合(誤字、脱字、具体的な数値の不足、【Objectives】【Methods】【Results】【Conclusions】に項目立てされていないなど)は不採用になりますので、抄録作成の際に細心の注意を払ってご投稿ください。

発表方法

ポスターパネルは縦210cm×横90cmの予定です。パネル上部の演題番号のみ、シンポジウム運営事務局で用意いたします。
ポスターは、要旨・目的・方法・結果・考察・結論の順に大きくわかりやすく書いてください。文章は2～3ｍ離れたところからでも見えるような大きなポイント文字を使い、図式は一辺が20cm以上の大きさでタイトル・簡単な説明をつけてください。
パネル自体に直接文字や図表を書いたり、パネルに糊づけしたりはできません。
ポスターをパネルに貼りつけるための画鋲は、会場に用意いたします。
ポスター発表のスケジュール等は、演題採用通知発表後にご案内させていただきます。
研究倫理諸規定および個人情報保護の諸規定に遵守してご発表ください。
発表資料の中に営利目的の企業や製品のロゴを入れないでください。
一般演題のポスター発表時間は、一人当たり発表5分＋質疑応答2分を予定しています。（プログラムの都合により変更する場合もございますのでご了承ください）
